Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Unless otherwise is specified, purchases of products or services from PaywithRING are not returnable after your purchase. Once paid, the services offered by PaywithRING can’t be cancelled or replaced once the operation is done.

  2. In case of service cancellation due to technical reasons or unavailability from the service provider, the money will be refunded within 30 days.

  3. In case you have faced any problems concerning the product or service you purchased, we encourage you to report the issue within 14 days from the purchase date so we can investigate accordingly.

  4. Since our Mobile Application 'PaywithRING' offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product/service is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product/service in the 'PaywithRING' Mobile Application. Please make sure that you've carefully read the service description before making a purchase.

  5. In the event that transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund in most cases will be issued to the same source account (bank account, wallet, etc.) you used for the original purchase.

  6. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

    The conditions under which refunds will be given to the customers:

    • The service provider has not completed the service.
    • Technical problem occurring during the purchase.
